About Nelja Kornfeld
Work experience
- 3 years of experience as an HR manager in an international shipping company, with full responsibility for all HR processes on a global scale, including recruitment, motivation and development, as well as employee performance and reward systems across 7 countries. During this time, the company’s workforce grew more than 10 times.
- 13 years of experience in project-based human resources management across industries such as Information Technology, Retail, and Finance.
- 4 years of experience in career counseling and coaching.
- 14 years in the banking sector (market leaders in the Baltics and Scandinavia), including 10 years in business development and Cash Management products.
- 4 years in marketing management and online sales.
- Runs an engaging Instagram blog focused on career, work, and personal development.
